The key question at the IMNHC 2026 Innovation Marketplace is: What propels a global health innovation from concept to change?
Featuring 47 innovators from across the maternal and newborn health space, the Innovation Marketplace will be a dynamic, interactive experience where transformative ideas come to life. Innovators from around the world will showcase solutions that are reshaping how care for mothers, babies, and their families is delivered.
Attendees will have the opportunity to interact directly with innovators developing clinical care products, improving how health information flows, integrating health into digital spaces (including AI), and rethinking how services are delivered, planned, and how the workforce is trained.
Throughout the session, interactive reflection stations will invite attendees to step into different stages of the innovator's journey and engage in activities designed to exchange insights about the challenges innovators face on the path to scale. Located at the entrance, among the innovator booths, and at the exit, these stations will encourage participants to pause and reflect on questions such as: What kinds of evidence carry the most weight in propelling innovations to scale? How do early testers navigate uncertainty or limited resources? What support is needed to turn a problem into a spark for innovation?
Developed in collaboration with the design firm Busara, this session will encourage participatory dialogue and shared learning from across the global maternal and newborn health community.
